Energy Efficient Mortgage

A "Green Mortgage" also known as an Energy Efficient Mortgage or EEM is a mortgage that resembles a traditional mortgage in every way but one: it rewards homeowners for being environmentally conscious or "green".

100% financing only available in certain locations and with some restrictions please contact us to see if you qualify for this program.

Second Mortgage Loans

Usually a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) or a loan that exists behind a first lien mortgage.

Construction Loans

A loan designed to build or construct residential of commercial property.

Investor Loans

Loans for investment properties 1-4 unit residential family properties. Commercial investment loans are available for 5 or more units (please contact us for more information).

VA Mortgages

A loan that is partially guaranteed by the Veterans Administration and is designed for men, women and families that have served their country in the armed forces.
